Your responsibilities and tasks:


The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support as part of the Sales Support Team supporting Project Execution with the administration of contracts from the point an order is received and accepted through to completion and handover.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To provide Project Execution with support in the administration of contracts including but not limited to all ERP (Axapta 6 & SAP) administration of the contract, supporting the collation of information required as part of the contract delivery, liaising with the Warehouse on behalf of the assigned Sales/Product Manager to obtain updates and information etc plus any other administrative requirements that may arise in support of the successful project execution.
  • Compilation and management documentation to ensure that supplier purchase orders are issued in a timely manner and invoices are verified and processed for payment as well as ensuring that Customer charges are accurate, and invoices raised according to the schedule.
  • Efficient at filing documentation in the correct locations and in a timely manner
  • A proficient working knowledge and use of MS Office 365 package

Your profile and qualifications:


Educational Background:

  • Solid Educational background to minimum A level standard preferred.

Professional Knowledge and Experiences:

  • Broad Administrator experience and knowledge of office procedures and necessary tools required

Other Skills & Competencies:

  • A good working knowledge of ERP systems (essential)
  • Proficient in using MS Office 365 software (essential)
  • Experience of MS Excel spreadsheet (essential)
  • Good communication skills capable of communicating effectively with Customer's, Supplier's and Internal personnel
  • Good organisational skills, capable of juggling a number of requirements, understanding timelines and being able to plan and priorities' activities
