About the Role:

Querido & Davidson are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Optical Assistant to join our team. As an Optical Assistant, you will work directly with patients, providing exceptional customer service and

assisting them in selecting the perfect eyewear to fit their individual needs.

You will also work closely with our team of optometrists to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality eye care.


In addition to your Optical Assistant duties, you will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing inventory.

We're looking for someone

who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working as an Optical Assistant
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and outgoing personality
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • A willingness to learn and grow with the practice
Ultimately, you must be an ambassador for our brand and profession within the local community.
