Torque are currently working with a plastics manufacturer based in Oxfordshire, producing high-quality plastic containers for various industries such as food and drink, personal care, household, and medical sectors.

We are seeking a Production Operator to join the team with the following responsibilities:


  • Continuously improve and optimise machine cycle time/output while maintaining the quality standards.
  • Timely correction of quality defects and setting ancillary equipment.
  • Assist the shift engineer in resolving equipment issues.
  • Promote and maintain health and safety practices.
  • Complete production and quality documentation.
  • Participate in improvement projects and be flexible with work hours.
  • Maintain good housekeeping.
  • Any other duties assigned by the shift manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in Extrusion blow moulding and/or Injection stretch blow moulding is an advantage.
  • Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with basic plastics knowledge wishing to develop their career.
