THE GIG


As EMEA Retail operations process and compliance coordinator, you will work collaboratively with business partners to ensure consistency of retail processes; establish clear communication with Senior retail team, store Managers, and key stakeholders.

Sitting within the EMEA Retail Operations team, you will play a key part in supporting EMEA Retail stores across UK and Europe with process management and execution of new initiatives.


THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

  • Work alongside Global Retail Product owner to drive retail EMEA business implementation and delivery of projects to increase revenue including, digital, fiscal, operational and inventory solutions
  • Identify potential programs and controls to support process gaps within EMEA retail
  • Work collaboratively with the retail business to maintain continual improvements, including but not limited to business expansion, system updates and omni channel implementation
  • Maintain documentation of all retail policies and processes including creation and change management. Advise retail managers and stakeholders on compliance with applicable codes, laws, regulations, or standards
  • Review DTC current procedures and highlight potential risk
  • Responsible for overseeing the compliant execution of retail processes. Including day to day processes, inventory management and supporting business growth of the EMEA market
  • Maintain Retail Operations Power BI workspace, ensuring reporting is up to date and relevant. Develop reporting needs in line with the growth of the business ensuring requirements from both commercial and operational teams are considered
  • Manage relationships with all stakeholders including field and Head office
  • Support Retail Product owner in key project communications to stores to enable structured, clear, and concise information
  • Support with maintenance of inventory management programmes including but not limited to on hand management, delivery entry and returns processing
  • Support with execution of EMEA biannual stocktakes, ensure all supporting documentation is up to date. Train and up skill the field team. Analyse stocktakes variances and communicate results
  • Support new store openings with implementing compliance and BAU processes and procedures
  • Execution of annual EMEA PCI audit, ensuring all audits are completed within the required time reporting findings to Leadership team and Global INFOSEC team
  • Retail lead for EMEA store systems
  • Work with relevant departments on any system changes, updates, and developments
  • Approve and communicate any changes to the EMEA Retail team

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proficient Microsoft Office user, Excellent Microsoft Excel skills; level 2 or above.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O) experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
