This opportunity is for a newly qualified Solicitor to specialise at a leading restructuring and insolvency practice which growing from strength to strength.

You work within a supportive restructuring and insolvency team that focus on turnaround and insolvency matters advising a range of clients from financial institutions to retailers, insolvency practitioners to turnaround directors.

In this role you will:

Support the whole team, gaining hands on experience.
Distressed corporate restructurings
Insolvency procedures including administration, company voluntary arrangements, bankruptcy and liquidation
Board advisory work on complex strategic and commercial issues

Ideal you will have completed a seat in restructuring and insolvency or have an interest in specialising in this field with experience in corporate or finance.
