• Has experience of delivering interventions within KS
• Is an excellent practitioner with high expectations and aspirations for all children
• Can contribute to a climate where children and adults feel safe and thrive
• Is able to demonstrate understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Is a dynamic and creative team player, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Is calm with a positive and confident manner
• Has proven, effective and positive behaviour management skills
• Has a desire to further improve their skills and knowledge and is committed to the philosophy of collaboration
• Is dedicated to fostering excellent relationships with children and staff
