Payroll Assistant
Our client a locally owned successful business is in search of an experienced
Payroll Assistant to join their well-established team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring employee overtime is tracked and approved
- Maintaining payroll processing system
- Investigate and resolve any time sheet discrepancies
- Deal with any employee questions regarding any payment issues
- Ensuring smooth and efficient administration of pensions
- Other relevant duties
- Minimum 2 years' experience in finance and payroll
- Payroll or accounts qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude towards work
- The ability to work to deadlines
- Competitive salary
