Contract Type - Open-ended / Full time, 35 Hours Per Week
The Opportunity:
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to the role of Operations Administrator.
This post will be part of the College Office Planning & Operations Team (working at King's Buildings) and will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support for key areas of College Office operations including:
- PA Support and diary management to the College Deans and special advisors;
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Strong organisational skills coupled with excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to quickly develop the skills to effectively use appropriate University IT systems, providing associated management information to senior staff within the College Office
- Ability to plan and prioritise, working independently and also as part of a team.
- Ability to use initiative to independently resolve day to day problems
- A proactive approach to business process improvement Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word and Excel), Outlook, MS Teams, and SharePoint
