Located in Knightsbridge on the edge of Hyde Park, Bulgari Hotel London is both a haven of calm in the centre of the city and yet under a minute's walk from such landmarks as the famous Harrods department store.

Since opening in 2012, Bulgari has set new standards among the luxury hotels of the British capital. Elegant contemporary architecture and Bulgari's legendary flair for design are matched by class-leading quality of service.


Reporting to the Assistant Spa Director, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments to guests of the spa, including VIPs, journalists, key clients and members in line with ESPA and Hotel brand standards, while maintaining the excellent 5* star client care, cleaning standards and grooming standards.

You will support the Head Therapist in the personnel management of the therapy team, motivating a strong team of therapists and leading by example to deliver authentic and impeccable service.

You will strive to exceed personal and team sales targets and objectives as set by the Assistant Spa Director.

What we are looking for


We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK.

Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
