**New Homes Negotiator

  • Okehampton**We're looking for a highly motivated New Homes Sales Negotiator to complement our team onsite in Okehampton. The main purpose of this role is sales generation and to act as the primary point of contact for perspective house buyers, guiding them through the process from initial meeting to handover of their new home. With this position on target earnings £24,000£32,000.

  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Must be able to drive and have a full driving licence

Key Responsibilities as a New Homes Sales Negotiator

  • Conduct property viewing appointments in a professional manner
  • Negotiate offers that are received.
  • Agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion.
  • Optimising every opportunity within the Bradleys Complete Property Service
  • Generate new business in a target driven environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
