My client requires a Full Time Project Manager to work within a small team to manage the delivery of Water Utility and Waste to Energy Mechanical Pipework installations.

The applicant should be commercially aware and have experience in BIM.

Previous experience in mechanical pipework installations including an awareness of CDM regulations is essential.

Main Responsibilities/Duties:

Overseeing Installation team, monitoring progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems etc.
Ensuring that the works are progressing in line with the programme. Making the Contracts Manager aware of any slippages with justification and collaboration to recover any slippages.
Attending coordination meetings with the Client and other trades as and when required.
Planning site works in collaboration with the Site Supervisor(s). Using the 3D Model to ensure the installation is in accordance with the design.
Preparing RAMS for site works and ensure safety documents/procedures are being adhered to.
Reviewing supervisors daily site reports, ensuring their accuracy.
