FLEXIBE:
offering 07:30-16:00, 08:00-16:30, or Monday to Friday with 45-minute lunch break. (Additional AM & PM 15-minute tea break).

  • COMPANY BENEFIT: After the first 4 week induction is complete which is 9am 4pm, we have a 3pm finish
    fortnightly on a Friday.
  • Holidays are 25 days per year along with 3 additional fixed dates over the festive break including Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day.
  • Salary will be dependent on age and experience.
  • Staff Auto Enrolment Pension Scheme is also in place.

  • NOTE: This position will be based in Bridgeton & is fully office based.
  • Job Types: Permanent, Fulltime.
  • Salary: From £21,500 per year to £27,040.

Responsibilities:


  • Process insurance claims by reviewing and verifying information provided
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of claim forms and supporting documentation
  • Enter claim data into the system accurately and efficiently
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with claims
  • Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers to gather necessary information
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for claims processing
  • Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in claims processing or related field is not essential but beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong clerical skills, including filing, record keeping, and document management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
