Are you passionate about delivering excellent service to ensure customers find all their roofing needs? We have a great opportunity to join our clients as a Customer Service Representative, who run a well-established roofing merchant, based in Winchmore Hill.


In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing your knowledge and guidance when deciding on roofing materials.


In this role, you will enjoy:

  • A basic salary of up to £25,000
  • Great extra earning potential
  • Monday to Friday position

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:

  • Keeping up a great level of communication with customers
  • Liaising with suppliers and couriers through the entire process
  • Knowledge of roofing and roof window products
  • Have a personable approach with great work ethic
  • Display a level of confidence when engaging with customers
