We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our store located in Carnaby, London

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist him/her in all his/her missions of organization, management and development of the activity of a sales outlet and will have to, on a daily basis:

  • Develop the turnover and achieve the set objectives
  • Guarantee an exemplary customer service and develop customer loyalty
  • In coordination with the sales outlet manager, or in his absence, supervise and manage the team (recruitment / training / schedules / animation and motivation / disciplinary)
  • Manage the stocks in an optimal way (order, delivery, inventory...)
  • Cash in and control cash operations (responsibility for the accuracy of cash closures)
  • Respect the collection plan defined by the Head Office
  • Maintain cohesion and a good atmosphere within the team while respecting the company's values
  • Take charge of and follow up on orders for consumables; follow up on small maintenance work at the point of sale

With an excellent presentation and a great commercial sensitivity, you ideally have 2 years of experience in sales and/or one year in a similar position
