Description

Alexander Daniels are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller on behalf of a well-established and growing business in the heart of Walsall on a full-time, temporary basis for a minimum of 4-6 weeks with an immediate start available.

Reportinginto the Credit Manager and working as part of a small and friendly team, you will be responsible for supporting debt reduction for the organisation through effective execution of the Credit Control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

To familiarise self with the ledger appointed
Ensure customers pay within their agreed payment terms, chasing payments appropriately
Effectively dealing with customers account queries/complaints, including liaising with other departments, to ensure they are brought to a satisfactory conclusion
Posting and allocation of cash
Effectively and timely updating of the customers accounts on the system
All other reasonable administrative duties related to the Credit Control function, such as filing and archiving.
