Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist - St Johns Wood - £40,000 - £45,000 Dependant on Experience

My client is an established London property consultancy, providing expert residential and commercial real estate guidance to landowners, investors and developers throughout the UK.

They are looking for a Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist to work in theirvibrant office in St John's Wood.

The successful client will be supporting in two core areas; producing marketing material to aid property sales and help create new business.

The Role

  • Producing exceptional property brochures using Adobe Indesign.
  • Liaise with external marketing companies for advertisement packages and deals.
  • Manage social media white board and digital calendar.
  • Prepare social media posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Have a good knowledge of digital platforms and be able to look into other platforms EO can use such as YouTube/Google to develop our digital strategy.
  • Make sure property stock is up to date (liaising closely with the Sales Team)
  • Liaise with web developer as and when required to ensure smooth running of website.
  • Monitor Google Analytics account and provide weekly reports.
  • Ideally looking for someone with property experience & a minimum of 3 years marketing
  • Exceptional Design skills (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
  • Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro to create videos.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter including experience reporting audience and engagement analytics
  • Team player who is happy to help out with wider duties as and when required.
  • Honest and reliable and happy to slot into a closeknit team.
  • Confidence in liaising with suppliers and clients face to face and over the phone.
  • Experience of using website CMS.

Salary:
£40,000 - £45,000

Hours: 9am - 6pm Mon - Fri (No Weekends)
