Responsibilities:

Provide care and support to an individual in their home and on days out.
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Administer medication and monitor health conditions
Develop and implement care plans based on individual needs
Assist with meal planning and preparation
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help with household chores and light housekeeping
Maintain accurate records of care provided

Qualifications:

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
Knowledge of first aid and CPR
Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with mobility needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and follow care plans
Experience with behavior management is a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
