Residential Development Solicitor


A leading UK law firm with offices across the Midlands is seeking to add an additional solicitor to their residential development team in Birmingham.

This is an opportunity to join a large and growing real estate department working on a caseload of landacquisition, site set up and associated matters for house builder and social housing companies.


Applications are sought from:

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales,
  • Post qualification experience in commercial property work,
  • Demonstrable experience of land acquisition work,
  • An interest in acting for house builder and social housing clients,
  • Ability to manage your own caseload under supervision,
  • Ability to work as part of a team on large scale project,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
