About Our Client:

The key responsibilities of an Executive Assistant
will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Provide comprehensive Executive Assistant support to the CEO
  • Represent the CEOs office
  • Arrange company meetings and events, including board meetings
  • Handling administrative tasks and queries
  • Maintain and manage the CEOs diary
  • Review and coordinate the CEOs travel arrangements and meeting scheduling including any briefs required
  • To compile Board papers
  • Circulate reports and prepare and take minutes and agendas for meetings
  • To respond to Board members and other stakeholder queries
  • To maintain and keep up to date CEO mailing lists
  • To ensure the effective management and update of all relevant databases
  • Ability to travel to support weekly and monthly meetings across multiple sites

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Executive Assistant
must possess the following skill set and experience.

  • Background working in Public Sector and Government
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Advanced IT skills including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Management skills and leadership background
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbally
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites, London and Birmingham weekly
  • Active use of social media for business purposes
  • Advanced Administration background
  • Background working with government bodies
