THE ROLE


The Sales Enablement Lead will be the founding Sales Enablement team member who will be responsible for building-out the full sales enablement function.

This role is for you if you are excited by the challenge of working in a software scale-up and enjoy building programmes and developing people.

This is a great career opportunity to make a direct impact in shaping the GTM function and develop into potentially building and managing your own team.


This role will report into the Director of Data Sales and work closely with Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing & Product.

A key purpose of the role is to provide AEs, SDRs and Sales Leaders with the learning materials, content, and coaching to drive revenue growth and success.

The sales enablement lead will develop and execute impactful solutions to help drive consistency and create alignment across sales teams.

Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AT PEXAPARK WILL BE TO

  • Partner with Sales leadership to determine role specific business needs and design impactful programs to address those needs
  • Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimise and assess enablement program
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Build a trusted relationship with sales reps
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, product and leadership
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy

_ Sales Collateral_

  • Own the creation, execution and management of sales collateral, working with collateral owners in Product & Marketing to ensure it is uptodate and appropriate to Pexapark's tone of voice
  • Work with Product & Compliance to ensure customer facing technical documentation is up to date
  • Ability to represent complex concepts in a way that sales professionals can easily absorb and apply

_ Onboarding_

  • Build and facilitate effective onboarding and training programs for AEs and SDRs
  • Our goal is to have a sales certification test which all GTM employees must pass to ensure they are going into the field with appropriate knowledge base

_ Training - Pexapark Product & Sales Readiness_

  • Coordinate educational content and facilitate ongoing training (inperson and virtual)
  • Running assessments and using performance data to identify skill gaps and ensure proficiency, based on competency needs related to AE and SDR roles
  • Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need
  • Sales development training, in conjunction with external training firms if appropriate
  • Assist in developing sales playbooks based on seller feedback and market/product demands

_ Tools_

  • Partner with Sales Operations to leverage our sales tools to enhance development and accelerate productivity
  • Research, trial and manage the implementation of new software tools where necessary, to drive efficiency

ABOUT YOU


The successful Sales Enablement Lead will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence comfortable with change and uncertainty.

Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to be successful in this role.

  • 5+ years' experience in a highperformance sales organisation in sales, enablement, or learning and development
  • Within a B2B recurring revenue/SaaS environment
  • Experience rolling out sales enablement programs
  • Excellent listener and communicator
  • Highly organised and skilled at project management
  • Ability to collaborate with many different teams and personalities
  • Strategic, datadriven thinker
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • Selfstarter and fast learner
  • Bachelor's degree
