Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technician to join a modular & off-site construction company based on the outskirts of Leeds.

Due to new projects, this modular specialist company is expanding its design department and looking for an Architectural Technician with a passion for the modular/offsite sector to join them.

They currently have 30 employees, with 3 of these employees in the design & build team.

This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to all the different elements of construction which you don't get in every job.

The salary for the position ranges from £35K-£45K including private medical insurance & hybrid working.

The
Position:
Architectural Technician

  • Working in the design department
  • Liaise with clients to develop design concepts
  • Review designs post manufacture
  • Progress initial concepts through to manufacture
  • Use AutoCAD & Revit
This practice is based on the outskirts of Leeds, around 8 miles and a 15-minute commute. There is on-site parking at the company's office.
