Time Appointments are proud to be working on behalf of a leading supplier based in Ipswich, who are currently recruiting for a customer service driven Customer Development Managerto join their ever-growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customerservice driven individual to join a leading local business that prides themselves on delivering the highest level of service to their clients.


Key Duties Include:

  • Overseeing the performance of the team in terms e.g., installation calls, calling customers that have stopped ordering, calling customers who have fallen into negative spend, and? calling customers that are not taking various consumables and arrange reviewmeetings for sales.
  • Maintaining, and developing new relationships, with BDM's and other Internal Stakeholders
  • Data analysis & reporting on customer sales activities and the feedback from calls and identifying new initiatives to maximise on customer spend, implementing effectively through project planning.
  • Working closely with marketing to maximise opportunities and with customer service to support in delivering the 'wow' experience.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience of managing a sales team
  • Full knowledge of the sales process and ability to deliver
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate and coach others.
