The Charity Learning Consortium works with over 300 charity and not for profit organisations and provides online learning to the third sector, via a Moodle learning management system.


We are looking for a full time technical support administrator, to help provide brilliant customer service and support both internally and externally.

The role will generally be answering and resolving support queries around the Moodle learning management system (LMS), maintaining customers' systems, troubleshooting, training customers on the LMS and supporting the account management team.

The role will involve working from home four days a week, one day in the office and occasional attendance at our events.

Full training will be provided and there's plenty of opportunity to grow within the organisation.


Key responsibilities:


  • Provide support to our customers and account management team, via our online ticketing system
  • Responding to and resolving support ticket, as well as taking telephone queries, in a professional and timely manner
  • General Moodle administration

Skills and experience:


  • Excellent customer service
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to selfmanage workload, learn and adapt
  • Problem solving
  • Able to quickly pick up new technology and be enthusiastic to try new things
  • Experience with Moodle or similar learning management systems would be advantageous, but it is not a requirement for the role as full training will be provided
  • Proactive and motivated
