CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITOR - LONDON - NQ+ - £55-62K


Clinical Negligence Solicitor is required by this highly regarded firm to deal with a caseload of claimant clinical negligence work from its office based in central London.

Hybrid working available.


Role Overview


In joining this firm as a clinical negligence solicitor, you will become part of an established team independently recognised as one of the best clinical negligence teams in the country.

The department deals with some of the highest value cases.


You will join a team headed by an experienced partner where you will assist on the higher value multi-million pound cases and deal with your own caseload of lower value multi track work under supervision.

A great way wo build up your own technical knowledge.

The firm is seeking a medical negligence solicitor who can demonstrate:

  • Prior experience working on clinical negligence work or multi track injury work as a trainee or post qualification at a recognised practice.
  • Experience gained in litigated work.
  • A real passion for developing a career in this area of work.
  • Whilst there is flexibility in terms of working from home and the office, there is a need to reside near London as work will necessitate visiting clients based in London/South East.
