Collaborating closely with our CEO, this role will be central in building a strong community of changemakers that break through barriers for change.

This role will be responsible for executing, measuring and constantly improving our marketing objectives.

The ideal geek will have the courage to lead the marketing team whilst focusing on growing themselves and others along our evolving journey.

Beyond this, you will be the positive driving force behind our internal and external marketing communication that promotes our purpose and core values.

Responsibilities

  • This is a dynamic role with a diverse set of responsibilities, including the following: _
  • Executing the marketing strategy (internally and externally) to achieve targeted business objectives and measure success and followthrough rates.
  • Support the marketing team in defining their objectives and key results for each quarter.
  • Act as a 'brand guardian', ensuring consistency in our Geeks message across all internal and external communications.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders across Geeks to plan, review, enhance and measure campaigns that align with the values, vision, strategy and business objectives.
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to the senior leadership team of activity, planning and budget.
  • Setting and maintaining strong guardrails for the team in creating and delivering content that is aligned with our brand guidelines.
  • Monitoring, targeting and converting cold and warm leads.
  • Managing the internal Marketing Team.

Business Acumen You have solid commercial and financial awareness. Our passion is to enable and accelerate our clients' adoption of technology. Therefore, you need to be really good at adapting your solutions to suit a variety of stakeholders.

Analytical Problem-Solving You are not easily overwhelmed by the complexity of a problem; you can break them down into small, manageable components. You are quick to spot relationships between things and ideas.

Strong Time Management You are highly organised and able to prioritise multiple projects within deadlines.


Required experience/qualifications

  • We require the successful Geek to have the following qualifications and experience: _
  • Proven experience in leading digital marketing and SEO campaigns.
  • Track record of successfully leading marketing projects.
  • Handson experience of social media campaigns; LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Campaign Manager experience are essential.
  • Experience in event management, community engagement and podcast production are highly desirable.

£65,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
