Administrator to join our Sales & Business Development function.

What is the role?


Our Sales team is responsible for growing the revenue from new and existing clients across the spectrum of PGI's services.


The Administrator position holds two core focuses:

  • Collaborating with colleagues at various stages of Bid processes that emerge from government and commercial procurement portals.
  • Supporting the wider Sales team with operational activities to ensure continued productivity and process improvements.
Bid-related responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Participating in the retrieval and processing of opportunities received through client portals.
  • Research and identify new, and productive procurement portals.
  • Develop clear metric for the productivity of existing and new procurement portals.
  • Manage and administer the PGI response to relevant bids.
  • Produce a clear timetable for tracking each Bid and their completion.
  • Maintain constructive relationships with procuring entities
Sales support-related responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Manage PGI's Sales inbox and answer inbound sales related calls.
  • Ensure the CRM System is kept up to date with all relevant information.
  • Produce weekly comprehensive reports.
  • Support Sales staff to ensure clients are provided with accurate and relevant information.
  • Support with the ongoing management of Sales and BD documentation.
Full training and support will be given to the successful applicant on PGI's whole business offerings and solutions.

  • Able to create professional relationships with PGI stakeholders and external clients.
  • A fast learner who is keen to enhance their skills.
  • Comfortable working to targets.
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office).
  • The desire to progress a career in Sales and Business Development.
