Projects Responsibilities:


  • Creation of project items in our internal system, including adding and approving contractor expenses (create the project information and progress to release of client invoice).
  • Scheduling and resourcing (delivery, feedbacks, role plays, coaching, producers, etc.) including cancellations and rescheduling.
  • Scheduling of preparation calls with facilitator.
  • Management of master calendars (project, virtual classroom, etc.).
  • Management all local workshop logistics including ordering materials, coordination with client coordinator, invitations to virtual classrooms, etc.

Processes Responsibilities:


  • Updating client schedule trackers.
  • Ensuring timely handling/submission of all postworkshop activities (evaluations, certification list, expenses, shipping boxes to clients etc.).
  • Assessment Centre support.
  • Working on various team projects as requested.

The Successful Applicant:


Technical Competencies

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple tasks/priorities.
  • IT literate: Microsoft Office Suite. (Training will be provided for bespoke platforms).
  • High customer service skills/orientation.
  • Strong planning/organization skills.
  • English proficiency required.
  • For this role, you will need to have a thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, but induction as well as training in bespoke systems will be provided inhouse from day one.

  • Salary up to 25K
  • Hours 9.00 to 5.30
  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays increasing by 1 day every 2 years of service up to 29 days.
