An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Service Administrator to work in a rapidly growing business, the successful applicant with will be joining a highly driven team, and will be completing their level 3 business admin/customer service apprenticeship.
NRG riverside prides itself on promoting and developing their people, therefore the successful applicant will be given full training which will be on-going along side their apprenticeship.
We are looking for a flexible and committed individual to join our team in Tunbridge, working closely with one of our trained Service Administrators, this is a great role to start your career with our business.

you in this role whilst completing your apprenticeship.
- Ensure that job cards are opened for every job prior to work commencement.
- Ensure that all job cards are then submitted back with all relevant data recorded, a supervisor signature recorded for validation and then process them for payment to the customer via I.T system.
- Ensure all inspection records & legal certification are sent to the appropriate customer within 24 hours of job completion.
- Ensure all vehicle asset lists are kept fully up to date of additions, deletions, and transfers.
- Collate and keep accurate records of all fleet & associated equipment assets.
- Support the fleet management areas of the Companies Operator Licence in accordance with legislation.
- Collate data from fleet & O
- Licence audits and turn into meaningful reports for senior management.
- Ensure the accurate input of vehicle fleet defects and that they are signed off by the repairing agent/technician as well as communicated to the customer.
- Ensure the customer is kept fully informed of work in progress (WIP) and any potential delays or unexpected work / increase in costs.
- Ensure all work pre authorisation from the customer is authorised to proceed and appropriate purchase orders numbers supplied and recorded.
- Work collaboratively with workshop departments to ensure timeliness of inspection & defect records and keep accurate vehicle history records in accordance with legislation.
- Record all overtime hours, holidays, and absenteeism weekly and submit for authorisation/payment once signed off by the workshop manager.
- Ensure purchase orders are raised, for relevant & associated fleet work.
- Ensure parts requisitions are analysed and audited for accuracy.
- Take workshop calls and order parts from key suppliers.
- Ensure inspections are booked into the workshop and that the technicians forward plan for workload in advance.
