Oxygen House, Exeter Business Park, EX1 3LH with site visits.


Term:
Fixed Terms Contract (9 months).


Hours:
Part Time. Weds - Fri (up to 24 hours). Job share.


Salary: 28-30k (DOE) as a full-time equivalent salary, which would be pro rata, plus generous company benefits.

About the role
Oxygen House manage a small portfolio of residential and commercial property.

As a Property and Operations Coordinator you will join our small team in providing the following:


  • First point of contact for customers, managing agents, contractors, and consultants.
  • Management of property inbox.
  • Ensuring that all let residential properties are compliant with statutory regulations, to include current Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR's) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's).
  • Organising and coordinating meetings.
  • Overseeing of day to day running of residential portfolio, including upkeep of Landlord Vision management system and tasks (e.g., maintenance requests, document uploads, to include gas safety certificates, meter readings, EPCs etc.).
  • Management of information and data systems including OneDrive.
  • Manage all site security and contractor visits.
  • Assist with data gathering for the sustainability strategy and project case studies.
  • Arrange MPANS provided by Stats authorities, meters, and power supply agreements.
  • Responsible for the residential and commercial property key management system.
  • Overseeing the completion of snagging lists on Phase 2 and Phase 3 of St Margaret's Residence.
  • Document proof reading and formatting.
  • General administrative duties.
The role is being offered on a 9 month fixed term contract.

We're looking for someone who is able to work Wednesday - Friday, ideally 24 hours but there is some flexibility over the total amount if hours worked over those 3 days.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but dynamic team, so we need someone who is professional, personable with lots of personality and passion for our cause.

It goes without saying that you'll be highly organised, motivated, reliable, trustworthy and a team player and more specifically the role requires the following:

  • Experience within either the Real Estate or Leisure sector, or other relevant commercial experience
  • Office management and experience in highlevel administration
  • A passion for sustainability
  • Strong IT skills
  • Valid UK driving license and ideally access to own vehicle
