Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a fantastic organisation based within the St Albans area. This leading company have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join one of their teams.

This position would suit someone who has a high level of attention to detail, previous experience within administration, as well as someone who has a willingness to learn.

This position will be working within their insurance team, so previous experience with insurance would be beneficial but not essential.

This person must have previous experience with Excel.

Salary - £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience, plus fantastic benefits including free parking.


Some of the duties will include:

  • Working closely with the Senior Coordinator
  • Using the inhouse system to manage quotes and invoices
  • Ensure records are accurately kept up to date
  • Preparing spreadsheets, reports and correspondence
  • Maintain databases
  • Working closely within the team
  • Admin support across the team
  • Strong administration experience
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Previous experience with Excel
  • Previous experience within insurance is desirable but not essential
