Description

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding individual with a proven record in delivering internationally excellent research as Chair in Evidence Synthesis in the Centre for Reviews and Dissemination at the University of York.

The successful applicant will lead projects within CRD's NIHR Evidence Synthesis Group (ESG) and within the NIHR Technology Assessment Reviews (TAR) team, whilst developing a programme of research that aligns with CRD strategy and complements our existing areas of strength.

The person appointed will collaborate with colleagues across the University as well as nationally and internationally. They will contribute to departmental leadership and play an important role in shaping the future of CRD.


CRD is a friendly and supportive department that is part of a wider health and social care research community within the University of York.
