Get the opportunity to work with awide range of clients as a CRM/Customer Analyst in a specialized analytics agency that has multi-national reach.
What you'll be doing
You'll be given the opportunity to work on multiple projects across different clients in varying sectors.
You'll use your skills to help clients gain a better understanding of the customer base across acquisition, growth and retention through the analysis ofdata from various sources, in particular, client databases.
On top of analyzing customer bases, you have the chance to grow and use your skillset across multiple areas but getting the opportunity to work projects looking at marketing optimization, price elasticity, churn analysis, and more.
What experience you'll need to apply:
- Minimum 3 years working in data analytics
- Minimum 2 years working on customer or CRM analytics projects
- Strong Python skills
- Strong SQL skills
- Bonus for experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
- Bonus for experience with Google Analytics
