Job Introduction

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Inclusion and Support Services Team to work as an Equality and Inclusion Officer.

This is a maternity cover for a period of one year with start date no earlier than 1 May 2023.

You'll have an important part to play in leading, facilitating and supporting an inclusive approach to engaging and involving people of different backgrounds in all aspects of policy and service development and implementation.

This role supports Adult Social Care and Health Translation and Interpretation services, is lead responsibility for our Inclusion Advisory Group and responsible for continuous networking and engagement with our partners and residents.

We are looking for someone who loves to communicate verbally and in writing with a wide range of people and who has a passion for and experience of equality and inclusion work.

This will be a perfect role for someone looking for gaining experience and knowledge in equality, diversity and inclusion.

Additional Information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
