We are now recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our well-established team, to assist our Head Chef & Sous Chef.

As a Kitchen Porter, you will help serve/prep meals, clear dishes, prepare, wash, and store dishes, as well as keeping the kitchen clean.

The key responsibilities of our Kitchen Porter include:

• Assist Chefs in cleaning food serving areas and equipment including deep cleaning on a regular basis
• Use of dishwasher and pot washing
• Work as part of the Food Service Team to ensure smooth, efficient and safe operation of the kitchen
• General cleaning of kitchen equipment
• Keeping floors and kitchen counters clean and tidy
• Sanitizing food preparation areas
• Disposing of rubbish
