Job Details


The position requires someone who is enthusiastic committed, self motivated, has a positive, professional and responsible attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team working to tight timescales.


You should be able to demonstrate a commitment to the principals of customer care, while displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


The Person


Ideally you should hold appropriate property related degree level qualification and a proven track record in a professional surveying environment as well as a knowledge of the property market and relevant current legislation.

Holding professional membership of the RICS with a Registered Valuer or willingness to achieve such status would be advantageous.

RICS Membership:is preferred as is Registered Valuer status ( or a willingness to secure the same)..

Experience:in leasing commercial properties, property development, valuation, disposals, acquisitions, would be advantageous.

Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills.

Flexibility:A flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and pressures.

Teamwork:Strong team working skills.
