We are looking for an INCREDIBLE
Head of Facilities Management to join our Senior Leadership team**.

We are looking for a charismatic leader with good problem solving and project management skills, who is not afraid to get stuck in.

You're passionate about sustainability and not afraid to look for better ways of managing facilities.

This role will have the opportunity to build a new team and function offering centralised facilities management support to the Leasehold and PRS portfolio.

You will be responsible for defining its structure, systems, strategic direction and ensuring first class delivery of all facilities management activities.


This role will ensure that our communities are safe, well maintained, fully compliant and the needs of residents, clients and key stakeholders are entirely met.

What will you do?

  • Build and lead centralised Health and Safety services, with close oversight of all activity onsite, ensuring the highest safety standards and full regulatory compliance.
  • Build and lead a team of Regional Facilities Managers
  • Develop a new Procurement approach and pipeline that follows the appropriate due diligence, quotes and tenders process, ultimately supporting 'local.'
  • Ensure robust risk management in all areas.
  • Lead and ensure strong proactive financial management within the team and across our communities, whilst driving cost savings and efficiencies where possible.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, Housing Law and the Building Safety Act, together with any other regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain a fitting operating platform with robust policies, processes and procedures.
  • Implement new software to streamline key activities, improve the customer experience and address any operational challenges, supporting its proper roll out.
  • Underpin and support clients and internal ESG goals to meet long term sustainability targets, working closely with internal teams to align goals.
  • Ensure, through a business partnership approach, that colleagues onsite have the appropriate skills and training to deliver the facilities and compliance tasks they are responsible for.

What are we looking for?

  • You will have operated at a senior level in facilities management within the residential market, Leasehold and PRS being advantageous
  • Experience of driving quality and compliance across an organisation, delivering the highest standards of customer service.
  • Experience of effective supply chain management
  • You will be a member of a recognised professional body, with supporting qualifications i.e IWFM (BIFM), MCIOB. MRICS, IFMA, IOSH or equivalent
  • You will be an inspiring leader
