Immigration Coordinator, UK Inbound


We are recruiting an Immigration Coordinator to join our UK inbound support team based in London on a permanent basis.

About the role:


The role is essential to good client service delivery and a great chance to understand the workings of large, process-driven client accounts.

The role includes opportunities to develop legal drafting and reporting skills, as well as client-facing elements.


The Immigration Coordinator helps to provide exceptional levels of business support to a wide range of clients by supporting Fragomen's UK Inbound Associates and Paralegals in an administrative capacity.


The role may involve interaction with the client and their employees and coordinators often book-end our service to the client, initiating cases as the first step and sending compliance packs as the final step, so are critical to client service delivery.

Coordinators are exposed to a full range of immigration processes and administrative tasks including:

  • Booking appointments: Book and reschedule appointments online at the Visa Application Centre
  • Connect Updates: maintain and update case management records accurately
  • Compliance Packs: prepare immigration compliance packs for clients
  • Drafting and Submitting Certificates of Sponsorship: you will take on the additional duty of drafting and submitting Certificates of Sponsorship on the Home Office's Sponsor Management System
  • Completing updates on the Home Office's SMS

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Managing dropboxes: answering queries from the client, assignees and case workers.
  • Special Projects: take on additional projects as required
  • Support / training: You may be required to undertake the training of new employees, which could include producing and/or delivering training packages
  • Reporting: you will assist in preparing a range of reports for clients to assist in their immigration compliance function
  • Ad hoc duties: assist with ad hoc administrative functions, as needed

About the team:
This role sits within a specific case team as part of our UK Inbound team in London. You will work directly with Paralegal, Associate Solicitors and Managers on the team.

The UK inbound team is an extremely friendly and diverse team to join with people of all ages and backgrounds.


About you:


To be successful in this role you will have strong administrative and data entry skills, this can be taken from either previous work experience or educational background.

You will be comfortable working in a team with excellent communication skills.

Our London office has over 230 people working collaboratively and creating a dynamic, positive environment.


The office itself is based in the heart of the City, located within a short walk of numerous tube stations.

As the UK starts to move out of lockdown and Fragomen moves out of a fully working from home model, a willingness to attend the office will be required.
