Are you a Rollout Project Co-ordinator /Electrical Engineer background strong in Admin and project coordination for complex projects ideally in the telecomms sector.
The role is to start ASAP for 3 months initially (highly probable extension)
Hybrid working -travel to Rugby, Warwickshire, Midlands area 2-4 times per month
Rate £200 p/d Inside IR35
Our client is in the process of a fibre transmission rollout programme.
The project is in ramp-up mode and 2 further project co-ordinators are required to keep the project on track.
These are very hands-on co-ordination roles and involves mainly:
Project Coordinator x 2 (Telecoms)
The scope of work required encompasses coordination and scheduling activity on the fibre transmission rollout.
The main objective is to ensure that circuit orders are agreed and prepared in advance of the required submission date to the supplier, to facilitate the progress of orders for new circuits in accordance with the agreed volume throughput.
The scope of the work will therefore include the planning and scheduling activity required to ensure that such electrical works are undertaken in line with the proposed circuit order batch submission dates.
oEvaluating Detailed Design progress
oDeciding priority circuits to be ordered
oSubmitting CR to 3rd party and confirming schedule with their project team.

oScheduling of Installation
oReviewing of technical requirements
oliaising with the scheduling resource at the nominated electrical contractor
9679;Order Form Collation.
oCreate new forms using latest templateoUse Workforce Management Software to complete site details
oCoordinate information from other trackers to provide installation types, power status and rack positioningoEnter IP details obtained from transmission team
Additional Coordination activity
9679;RFC's for Open up and electrical visitsoPreparation and submission of RFC requests to the Change Team in relation to A) installation activities at sites and B) circuit migrations
9679;Handover Document Upload
oUpdate Tracker with initial review
oUpload as built in to folder
oWeekly Report for Ops
9679;Tracker Maintenance
oMaintenance of a detailed activity schedule/tracker
9679;Scheduling
oThe coordination of site access/supervision in relation within the megastream rollout - over 900 sites, with an average 4 visits per site required.
oMonthly Steering group reporting
