Cross-Sell Payment SpecialistRole:

Lead commercial negotiations with companies within the Business Payments book of clients, selling the full range of Business Payments' solutions where appropriate
Sell products and propositions in a quality way ensuring all key processes are followed
Manage a lead and sales pipeline to achieve targeted objectives and goals
Develop and delegate leads to other members of the Client Engagement, Commercial and Business teams as required
Act as an initial point of contact for clients, handling all calls (inbound and outbound) to an agreed service standards and levels
Provide optimum levels of customer service by exceeding customer expectations, answering questions accurately and professionally, listening and developing a rapport with the client and taking all necessary action to resolve an enquiry
Ensure attainment of key performance indicators relating to areas of successful decisionmaker contacts, average handling times, sales conversion, call quality and customer feedback
From time to time take part in additional activities to support the management team, e.g. analysis, sharing client feedback, brainstorms, focus groups etc

Cross-SellPayment Specialist Requirements:

GCSE's in Math's and English
Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written
Successful track record of customer service preferably in customer retention / commercial negotiation or relationship support
Professionally presented
Good time management skills
Team player, who can also work independently
