Aquarius Rail is looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our team

This is a fantastic role for someone to join Aquarius, a business in an exciting time of expansion.


Duties for this role include but are not limited to:
Supporting and developing marketing and sales by focusing on:

  • Creating adverts and copy for articles
  • Updating our website including writing copy and photographs
  • Writing copy for and assisting with the design and project management of new printed material
  • Assisting with the organisation of events, exhibitions, open days, demos etc.
  • Ordering giveaways and catering for events etc.
  • Attending events and exhibitions, including networking
  • Assisting with UK and Export sales (currently no travel required)
  • Direct communication with customers and potential customers; verbal, written and facetoface
  • Developing your own clients and sales
  • Costing and preparing quotations
  • Updating CRM

To be successful, you will ideally have:

  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience using WordPress and design software would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive with a willingness and passion to develop and grow within the role and business
  • Full driving licence and transport to our rural location
Full-time hours worked over four days (07:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday).
