An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Manning Stainton as a Valuer supporting our busy Auction House in Lawnswood.

The Role:

General Duties:

Respond to valuation requests within 1 hour;
Undertake market appraisal appointments
Attend appointments for suitably qualified customers, inspect, photograph, video and measure property;
Make and attend viewing appointments;
Present the high level of customer service expected of Company Valuer's and offices, to Auction House Clients;
Reviewing marketing and price and offering advice on property sale;
Understand and implement PMA guidelines and compliance procedures;
Maintain and continually update personal knowledge of new legislation affecting the wider property market;
Aim to list 20 properties per auction with a success rate in excess of 80% and maintain or improve upon the average fee;
Upsell additional products and legal services to vendors;
To have experience working in sales or property and conducting market appraisals with a proven track record of successful conversion to sales;
Experience

Estate Agency Valuing: 2 years (required)

Have good organisational and time management skills;
Personal drive and initiative;
High level of selfmotivation;
An enthusiastic & high energy approach to work;
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
Good IT literacy
