Assess and monitor student progress
Use data to inform teaching and learning
Contribute to the development and implementation of school improvement plans
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Excellent knowledge of the English National Curriculum
Proven track record of raising attainment and keeping standards high
Excellent classroom management skills
Strong commitment to inclusive education
