Salary - £25, £26,899.82 per annum

Location - Rodbaston/Cannock/Tamworth

Job Purpose:

The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for the on-boarding of apprentices.

You will work with employers, JCP, careers and other external stakeholders to actively advertise vacancies and recruit individuals for apprenticeships, traineeships, and government funded skills-based programmes.

You will have a clear understanding and knowledge of the college offer in order to advise individuals on the best programme to enrol on.

You will ensure that the college develops a bank of potential apprentices and develop them to be 'interview-ready' to create a pipeline of employment ready individuals to fill NAS vacancies.

You will ensure that you make a major contribution to the delivery and achievement of income targets by matching appropriate individuals to employers and secure repeat business.
