Pay rates £10.42 per hour depending on shifts, lates receive an enhancement rate. The role of Warehouse Operative is based in Wellingborough.

Pay and Shifts for Warehouse Operative
Lates:

  • £10.42 per hour
  • Breaks paid,
  • Additional enhance rates adjustment.
  • Monday to Thursday
to 12.00am


Main Duties of Warehouse Operative:

  • Using basic equipment to select orders. (Training will be provided)
  • Packing large items in teams, kitchen counter tops
  • Manual lifting
  • Making boxes up ready for placing items into
  • Placing stickers and flyers in the packaging
  • Repetitive work
  • Warm environment
  • Hi Viz supplied (PINK)
  • Have good teamwork
