We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in London as part of our Marketing function.

LIONS subscriptions, offers an exciting startup proposition within our existing core, a well established and highly regarded business.

Your Role:

You will play a crucial role in the success of two growing subscriptions products, The Work and LIONS Membership.

You will support in driving sustainable new business acquisition and retention programmes. As the products grow and develop, so will the role and your opportunities for development.

You will be as creative as you are proactive and ready to take the next step in your career. Working as part of the broader LIONS Marketing team, it requires developing a vision for subscriptions marketing, ownership of all related programmes, as well as directly contributing towards the future direction of the product


Key Responsibilities- Work on detailed creative campaign briefs, ensuring all assets are briefed in ahead of time to clear deadlines and meet the overall campaign objectives.- You will have the opportunity to learn how to develop and deliver an insight-led marketing strategy that enables lead acquisition and customer retention.- Brief Digital Marketing and Product teams to set up the metrics to measure the success of the subscription products, and collate campaign performance metrics to report to your line manager and stakeholders.- Work closely with the customer service and commercial teams, sharing toolkits, insights and marketing initiatives.

- You are a connector, working hard to ensure people and projects are not inadvertently siloed or silenced

Your Experience- Marketing experience with a subscription product as part of a dynamic marketing team working on customer acquisition and retention programmes- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation (Marketo) tools- Experience working with multiple teams to deliver marketing assets- Experience reporting on marketing campaigns and working with data and market knowledge to contribute to insight-led decision-making- Comfort with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment; experience in a start-up environment is ideal- A keen interest in the creative industry is key, knowledge of digital marketing is beneficial
