Training Administrator - Stockport, United Kingdom - OCU
Description
Due to our sustained growth and expansion throughout 2023, OCU Group now have a new opportunity for an experienced Training Administrator to join the team in our Stockport Head Office.
The purpose of the role is to be an essential part of the wider SHEQ team and be responsible for liaising with training providers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of contact for Training Bookings across the business.
- Logging and actioning of incoming training related communications.
- Identification of suitable training providers.
- Arranging costeffective training.
- Logging and tracking of training bookings and associated costs.
- Liaison to ensure personnel receive timely joining instructions.
- Maintain the Training Management System and associated records.
- Compilation of Monthly / Weekly Statistics and Reports.
- Assist, where necessary, during External, 3rd Party and Accreditation Audits.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience working in a similar role.
- Computer literate with the ability to use MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Have a good understanding of data protection requirements.
- Strong ability to work independently or as part of a team as required.
- Selfmotivated and able to work without constant direction and guidance.
