We're seeking a Customer Relations Administrator to join us here on a 6-Month Fixed Term basis.


The role of our Customer Relations Administrator is to provide a positive customer experience to those travelling through the Airport; whilst also providing administrative support for our Ground Transportation and Operation Support departments.

They'll respond professionally to customer feedback and enquiries and resolve them effectively whilst sharing customer insights to support customer experience improvements.


Interviews will take place on 12th December 2023.

About the Role


The Customer Relations Administrator will provide timely and efficient responses to customer enquiries and feedback and act as visible champion for excellent customer service, generating high levels of customer satisfaction.

They'll update and maintain the CRM to effectively manage enquiry caseloads in line with Service Level Agreements and identify any trends in the communications being received to feedback to the Customer Relations Manager and wider team.


In addition, the role will also include:

  • Working together with the team to assist in the smooth running of the reception.
  • Building strong working relationships across the Airport.
  • Providing a range of administration support to the Customer Relations team, including but not exclusively, managing car park passes, staff bookings and 3rd party bus services.
  • Supporting the Customer Relations Manager with projects and additional tasks as requested.

About You


We're looking for an experienced administrator with a strong customer service ethic with a proven ability to successfully resolving negative situations.

They'll be an excellent communicator with the capability to forge effective, collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at all levels whilst adhering to strict deadlines.


They'll have excellent IT, time management and organisation skills with the ability to priortise appropriately and adapt easily to change whilst always being professional in their approach.
