About the role Are you an organised individual with a can do attitude? Maybe you are an experienced administrator with strong interpersonal skills. If so, we are looking for someone like you to join us as a Senior Leadership Team Coordinator.


What you'll be doing:


  • As our new SLT Coordinator, you'll work closely with our SLT to provide full and highquality support. You'll be a key part in the organisation and coordination of the SLT, which will include responding to general queries, attending meetings, booking andscheduling team events, managing diaries and calendars.
  • You'll also be given the opportunity to prepare and provide presentation material, including important stats for the alliance, and provide support on projects and programmes led by the SLT. This role may include some travel to enable you to provide supportat meetings and on projects and due to the nature of the role a high level of confidentiality will be required.
  • In the One Alliance, we operate an agile working approach, however there will an expectation to be in the office to support your stakeholders as and when required. This job role would be working either on a full or part time basis as we are happy to supporta job share.
  • Other parts of the role include, but are not limited to:
Supporting meetings & workshops by taking notes and capturing actions.

  • Draft meeting agendas and preparing itineraries for meetings.
  • Support the SLT with planning, coordinating and the organising of offsite teambuilding events and workshops.
  • Set up new Vendors and liaise with accounts to raise Purchase Orders
  • Build trusted relationships with the Senior Leadership Team by understanding business priorities and offering a proactive administrative service

Who we're looking for We are looking for someone who has previous administrative experience and a qualification in administrative would be desirable but not essential. You will also have the desire to learn and develop new skills as and when required.

The one Alliance is a collaborative organisation of consultants and contractors working together to deliver more than half of Anglian Waters capital investment programme.


The Anglian Water one Alliance will design and build around 800 schemes worth approximately 1.5billion between April 2020 and March 2025, known as AMP7 the current five-year investment period, working closely with Anglian Water operations teams and otherkey stakeholders.


The contract is for the entire five-year regulatory period, from 2020 to 2025, with extensions which could take it to 2030, making it one of the longest collaborations in the sector.

It operates within an alliance of delivery partners set up by Anglian Water.


As a stakeholder within the Anglian Water one Alliance, Balfour Beatty provide both design and construction services across the whole of Anglian Waters region, which is the largest by geographic area in the UK, stretching from the Humber to the Thames estuaryand from Buckinghamshire to the East Coast.

Work is mainly focussed on clean water Infrastructure (water mains), but also includes wastewater infrastructure and both water and wastewater non-infrastructure projects, such as treatment works and pumping stations.
