READING

PERMANENT JOB IN A FANTASTIC AWARD FACILITIES MANAGEMENT COMPANY
- £43,000 - £45,000 per annum

Excellent company pension, yearly salary reviews, free on site parking and very good holiday pay

pm Monday to Friday

ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING

Experience as a supervisor or manager in a maintenance, building services or facilities environment.
Very good experience of planned electrical maintenance and reactive electrical repair
18th Edition certificate
A working knowledge of general building facilities maintenance and repair work
Very good people management skills
Ability to delegate maintenance and repair tasks
Very good organisational skills
Excellent customer service skills

MAIN JOB DUTIES:

Delegation of planned and reactive maintenance work to on site maintenance team
Carrying out hands on electrical maintenance and electrical repair work
Supervising a small team of building maintenance staff
Liaising with the on site client and senior facilities manager
Reading
