Description
We are a local garden maintenance company with domestic and commercial contracts in Penn, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross, Amersham and Bourne End.
We are looking for a passionate gardener to head up a small team carrying out routine maintenance. Duties to oversee will include strimming, grass cutting, leaf clearance, hedge cutting and reductions, pruning, weeding, cultivation and planting.Requirements:
- Having at least 2 years of experience in the industry is essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
(required): - Competence operating mowers, strimmers, blowers and hedge cutters is vital
- Plant knowledge and understanding of basic pruning techniques
- Ability to work and lead a small team and use initiative
- PA1 & PA6 Spraying qualifications advantageous but not essential
- Reliability and trustworthiness are key

£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
